**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SOCIAL WELFARE CENTRE AND RECREATION GROUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS (AND IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, SUCH OF THE SAID INHABITANTS AS ARE MEMBERS OF THE MINING COMMUNITY) OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Providing sporting opportunities for local people through our resident football teams Ingles FC and Broomleys FC. Developing male and female youth teams in conjunction with our resident  teams. Maintaining and developing the football ground and social centre. Providing a indoor leisure and activity space for local residents. Providing Mums and Toddlers group and Playgroup for the Thringstone area.
