As the deadline for the Annual Trustees
Report is before the date of our end of year
financial report an actual figure is not yet
available. However, we began the year with
a balance of £65,377.21 and now have (as
at 3010412024
£27,607.58
We do not currently have a Reserves
Policy. However. given the considerable
outlay on r￿nt extemal pipework and
toilet refurbishment projects and ongoing
upgrades proposed for the future, this is
now under review.

As ts charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {Ihe
Act").

I report in respect of my examination of the Trusfs accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent trhe charity's gross income exceeded £250,000 and l am qualified to
examinefs ststement undertake the examination by being a qualffied member of [insert name of

I have completed my examinats'on. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that
disclosed below ") which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Chaiities Act; or
the accounts did not accord wth the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
conceming the fomi arKI content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accourts give a 'true and fairf view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
