Objects: (1) In The Interests Of Social Welfare, To Improve The Conditions Of Life Of The Inhabitants Of The Area Of Benefit Without Distinction Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation And Other Leisure-Time Occupation.(2) The Land Described In Part 1 Of The Schedule To This Scheme Must Be Retained By The Trustee For Use As A Recreation Ground Or Playing Field For The Use By The Inhabitants.(3) The Land Described In Part 2 The Schedule To This Scheme (the Library) Must Be Retained By The Trustee For Use As For The Object Stated At Sub-Clause (1) Of This Clause, And The Trustee May, In Furtherance Of That Object, Use The Said Land, Or Permit IT To Be Used, For The Purposes Of A Library For Use By The Inhabitants.
