**Objects:** TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE ESPECIALLY BETWEEN THE AGES OF 14 AND 20 YEARS, THROUGH THEIR LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES, SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED

**Activities:** Operating a youth centre and related activities, to help and educate young people, especially those aged 14-20 years who live in the Wavertree & Sefton Park areas of Liverpool, through their leisure-time activities, to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved.
