Following the easing of some Covid restrictions, the organisation began Summary of the main to cautiously open up the venue to some of its range of activities from July achievements of the charity 2021.This was subject to a series of health and safety protocols during the year concerning issues such as the wearing of face masks, hand sanitising, proof of vaccination etc. The safeguards were identified as a result of a formal risk assessment process. Some of the precautions were gradually eased as the year progressed. Toward the end of the year, a large number of the normal activities had been successfully re-instated , providing a valuable external outlet for over 350 Bury residents. A decision was made to defer until 2022 the award of grants to qualifying local charities. This was to allow time for a better appraisal of the charity’s on-going financial position.

Our Constitution does not require us to have an examiner’s/auditor’s report. Our accounts are prepared using SAGE. They are checked by a retired Bank Manager. His comments were that the accounts were very well prepared ,easy to check and all in order
