**Objects:** THE PRACTICAL STUDY IN ALL BRANCHES OF THE NATURAL HISTORY AND ARCHAEOLOGY OF HEREFORDSHIRE AND THE DISTRICTS IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT.

**Activities:** Eight meetings and eight field meetings were held during the year. The Committee met four times during the year Newsletters were published in March and September The annual Transactions was published in December.
