## Activities

**Objects:** The charitable purpose of the Unit (the Purpose) is to promote the development of young people in achieving their physical, intellectual and social potential as individuals and as responsible citizens by the provision of education and leisure time activities using a nautical theme and in accordance with the principles, ethos and practices of the Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC).

**Activities:** Based in Hereford city on the River Wye, we are a voluntary youth organisation open to young people from Herefordshire and beyond, from 10-18 years old to come and take part in activities and learning new skills. We aim to provide fun, friendship, adventure and learning new skills through waterborne and landbased activities. Our charity is entirely run by adult volunteers.
