without distinction of sex, sexual orientation,
age, disability, race or political, religious or

Use of the village hall for meetings, lectures
and classes, or other forms of recreation and
leisure time occupation in the interests of
social welfare and with the object of improving
the social conditions of the life of the residents
The 2022123 accounts will only show activity
towards reopening in May 2023 after 5 years of
the Hall being closed as a result of storm
damage in 2018.

The conslilulioii covers the appointment of
trustees and the mana8ement of the cl)arity.
Trustees will be elected at the AGM, which is
open to all residents of Brampton Abbotts, and
will be subject to re-election annually.
The trustees elected committee will comprise
three officers and four ordinary members plus
a representative from OHNS who will also be a
trustee.
