**Objects:** 1. IN RELIEVING THE POVERTY OF POOR BOYS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF NOTTINGHAM. 2. IN ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF SUCH BOYS AS AFORESAID. 3. IN PROVIDING RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR SUCH BOYS AS AFORESAID WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH OR POVERTY AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** Assisting poor persons under 18 years of age who are resident in the City of Nottingham, in one or more of the following ways:  (a) in relieving poverty; (b) in advancing education; (c) in providing recreational facilities for such persons who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth or poverty and  with the object of improving their conditions of life.
