**Objects:** (A) PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF MAINSFORTH AND DISTRICT AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD DEFINED BY FERRYHILL TOWN WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, ORIENTATION, RACE OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.(B) ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE SAME.(C) PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED

**Activities:** The building is used by the people for learning, meetings, all types of social activities, theatre show/pantomimes, family disco, being a very large building it is now popular for weddings, parties and by impact for their exams. Our aim is to keep prices low to make it accessible for our community.
