Policies

Charity trustees should give in their report a description of the policies that they have adopted.

Reserves Policy The Trust has no reserves policy. Grant-making Policy The Trust has a policy of trying to access external grants/funding opportunity whenever practical. Any grants obtained will be utilised for the benefit of improvements to recreation facilities and on revenue costs associated therewith.

Investments selection policy There is no such policy. The reason is because there is never likely to be any investments to utilise.

Review of major risks Major problems with deteriorating buildings/infrastructure.

Concerns about the future and possible demise of some of the user clubs.

Expenditure rising rapidly to such high levels that the long term future of the recreational facilities and park cannot be sustained.
