## TRUSTEE’S REPORT for 2024 

2024 was a great year for the hall, reguglar users have increased alongside the existing weekly users. We have also had a lot of weekend parties with childrens parties being very popular again. 

Our balance sheet shows a good surplus for the year. We still have some work to complete on the balcony but alongside the takings, donations and bar takings we are content. 

The bar is doing very well lately, now the use of it during parties has been increased. The continued support of trustees and volunteers keeeps the overheads down to a minimum. 

Throughout the year we have been able to have our annuaul family fun day, christmas parties, over 65s party and run the blood bikes fundraiser. Andrew also hosted his festuval again this year, which proved successfull. Most or all of these events have been supported by donations, one of these being the parish council. 

I would like to at thyis point to thank all our volunteersand helpers who without them, it would of been a lot harder to run events.
