**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RECREATION GROUND AND VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF LOWCA (HEREINAFTER CALLED &quot;THE AREA OF BENEFIT&quot;) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE AND TRAINING, MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANT.

**Activities:** We have provided and maintained a hall which has been regularly used, such as by the village Sunshine Club (the over 60s), activities for young people run by North Copeland Youth Partnership, and various functions like wedding receptions and bithday parties. The hall is also used by the Parish Council and the County Council for meetings.
