|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|**1st Cheadle Hulme Scout Group has**<br>**continued to provide the opportunity for**<br>**young people between the ages of 6 to**<br>**18 to participate in exciting and**<br>**practical activities within the framework**<br>**of the Scout Association. The Group is**<br>**entirely self-financing through**<br>**membership subscriptions and fund**<br>**raising activities. Leaders and helpers**<br>**give up their free time for the joy of**<br>**seeing small children grow into young**<br>**adults who are able to contribute to**<br>**society. The Group itself is over 100**<br>**years old. It currently has a youth**<br>**membership of around 95, with a**<br>**number on a waiting list to join.**<br>**All sections this year have seen**<br>**membership numbers at a high level.**<br>**All sections have been involved in a**<br>**number of activities, including,**<br>**attending District Events, many camps /**<br>**expeditions, to name just a few.**<br>**The Group currently have a large**<br>**number of Scouts working towards their**<br>**Chief Scout Awards. There are also a**<br>**number working towards their DofE**<br>**Bronze and Silver Awards. These will**<br>**lead to Platinum and Diamond Awards**<br>**being achieved.**|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity
("the Trust") for the year ended 3110312025.
Responsibilities and
basls of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the
Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under
section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have
followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under
section 145{5){b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confim that no material matters have
oxaminer'8 come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause
statement to believe that in. any material respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordan￿ with section 130 of
the Charities Act. or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records., or
the accounts did not comply wrth the applicable requirements
concerning the fom and content of accounts set out in the Charlties
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fairf view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this ￿port in
