The recovery from the severe financial impacts of COVID in 2020 & 2021 has been encouraging with Hire Income moving back towards the 2019 levels. Many regular Hirers have rebooked and individual events are growing. Bookings are being made into 2025. The increase in infiation (circa I/0) is now hitting operational costs and the Trustees therefore revised the hire rates for new hirers for 2023 & 2024. DSVH is holding £7204.14 on beljalf of the Dunchurch Tennis Club, which folded in 2022. The money is held in a scparatc Account but is included in the totsl funds shown for DSVH. As reported l&st year, the restrACtions associated with the Covid 19 pand¢mic had a serious impact on the activities of th¢ Clwity from mid March to Dec 2020 and to a I¢sr CXt¢nt onwards into 2022. In 2023, Hire income, excluding grants & donations, wbich relate directly to the Hall activitie& increased to £68.061 compared wlth £52,972 ovcr the same period in 2022.
