ACTIVITIES FOR ACHIEVING OBJECTIVES The company held an annual steam 8nd vintage engine show to attract and educate the general public. c. VOLUNTEERS The charitable company did not rely on unpaid volunleers other than the time contributed by the trustees in organising the show. Achievementx and performanc• . KEY FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE INDICATORS The main performance indicator for the trustees was to malntain the necessary working capital to meet its charitable objectives. The company accounts show net assets of £323,478 (2023 £331,817) which the trustees consKlered satlsfactory to achieve this objective. b. REVIEW OF ACTIVITIES During the year Ihe company wa5 able lo hold its final annual show. The show was well altended by the public and the trustee5 believe that the charitable company achieved its objects'ves in this way and were pleesed by the amount of interest shown in the exhibits. POLICIES ADOPTED FOR THE INDUCTION AND TRAINING OF TRUSTEES New trustees are made aware of their responsibilities for the affairs of the charity. All trustees are made aware of the updates sent out by the charity commission. d. ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE AND DECISION MAKING The charitable company is controlled and decisions made by its trustees who are also directors of the company. e. The Llncolnshire Steam and Vintage Rally Limited meets the definition of a public benefit enlity under FRS 102. Assets and liabilitle5 are initially recognised at historical cost or transaction value unless otherwlse stated in the relevant accounting policy. The accounts have been prepared on a ces8atlon basis. 1.2 Company stalus The charitable company 15 a company limited by guarantee. The members of the company are the Trustees named on page 1. In the event of the charitable company being wound up, the liability in respect of the guarantee limited to £1 per member of th8 charitable company.
