**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS OF PERSONS FROM COUNTY DURHAM AND THENORTH EAST OF ENGLAND GENERALLY SUFFERING FROM A LIFE LIMITING OR OTHER ILLNESSES AND THE PROVISION OF CARE AND SUPPORT TO THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AND EDUCATION BY THE PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIOURS WHICH ENABLE PEOPLE TO PREPARE FOR DEATH AND/OR LIVE WITH LIFE LIMITING ILLNESSES.

**Activities:** St Cuthbert's Hospice promotes the relief of sickness of persons from Co Durham and NE England suffering from a life-limiting or other illness, provision of care and support to their families & carers, and the advancement of health and education by the promotion and development of knowledge, attitudes and behaviours which enable people to prepare for death and/or live with life-limiting illnesses.
