**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PERSONS IN MANCHESTER AND ITS SURROUNDING AREA WHO ARE TO UNDERGO, OR WHO HAVE UNDERGONE, HEART SURGERY OF ANY KIND.
