						c)	To celebrate the principle Islamic religious festivals including, Shob-e-Barat, Shob-e-Qadr, Shob-e-Meraj, Eid-e-Miladun-Nabi
							(SAW), Eids, Ashura, etc.
						d)	To carry out marriage and death ceremonies according to both
							Islam and the law of this country.
						e)	To establish and maintain a public library under the name ofthe
