The following matters were discussed:

Date of AGM to be agreed on as soon as possible

Application of funding from the Lottery Fund as there is a lot of structural work that needs to be carried out to maintain the building – roof and walls which are showing signs of deterioration.

Both computers are old and have to be replaced

The keyboard used for worship is not working as it should.

The oven at Bryn is not very efficient and needs replacing.
On average the Trading Post feeds about 90-100 families per week.
The income from Tithes and offerings is down from last year.
