(B) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING AND RELIGIOUS EDUCATION, OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE OR WHO HAVE A PARENT RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE PARISHES OF MONK FRYSTON, HILLAM AND BURTON SALMON IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
