management of James Sharp & Co, stockbrokers and invested for the benefit of the Trust.
Due to the restrictive terms of the Trust it has not always been possible to distribute the full
income received and as a result the value of the Trust has grown substantially over a period
of years.

The charitvs trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under

applicable.
It is my responsibility to:

Basis of Independent My examination was carried out in accordance with general Directions given by the

The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be requlred
in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts
present a 'true and fairf view and the report is limited to those matters set out in
the statement below.

Independent In connection with my examination, no material matters have come to my

) which gives me cause to believe that
in, any material respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the
Charitie5 Act; or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning
the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and

give a 'true and fairf view which is not a matter considered as part of an
independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with
the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to
enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
