IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF OWERSBY AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
