**Objects:** (1) TO PROVIDE AND SUPPORT MEDICAL RESEARCH AND IN PARTICULAR NEUROSURGICAL RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.(2) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN MATTERS RELATING TO BRAIN AND SPINAL INJURIES, THEIR TREATMENT AND THE REHABILITATION OF PEOPLE DIAGNOSED WITH A BRAIN INJURY, EITHER ACQUIRED OR TRAUMATIC, OR A SPINAL INJURY.(3) TO RELIEVE THOSE PERSONS SUFFERING FROM A BRAIN OR SPINAL INJURY AND THEIR CARERS AND FAMILIES.(4) TO RELIEVE PERSONS SUFFERING FROM ANY OTHER PHYSICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL ILLNESS OR INJURY
