**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF WATERHOUSES IN THE COUNTY OF STAFFORDSHIRE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS AND IN PARTICULAR AS A CENTRE FOR THE PROVISON OF SUCH FACILITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE.
