benefits to society as a
whole.
The Scout Group has taken an active part in
the local Community during the period under
review. We have made collections in the
village on behalf of the Poppy Appeal and
took part in the Remembrance Parade and
service. The group organises an annual
Plant Sale for the village to enable those
unable to make a trip to the garden centre to
have their spring flowers delivered direct to
their door.
The young people who are members of the
group experience an engaging and varied
programme adhering to the Scouting
guidelines and policy such as adventure,
challenge, skills and creative that gives them
purpose and direction. There were various
camps and water activities such as kayaking
and bell boating held in the year. These
kinds of experience of nights away from
home, either camping or in bunkhouse, are
beneficial to the development of the young
persons.

| have camed out an independent examination of the accounting records of the 1st Kinnerton Scout Group in accordance with the general directions given by the Charities Commissioners. No matter has come to my attention which gives me cause to believe that that the accounts have not been kept in accordance with the Charities Act 1993 or to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

Hi Louise,

I have completed my review of the accounts.

To note:

I haven’t been able to get my printer to work unfortunately. Are you able to print and I’ll pop round to drop the file off and can sign then? Are there any other documents that you need me to complete?

Thanks, Joanne
