|Summary of the main<br>activities in relation to those<br>purposes for the public<br>benefit, in particular, the<br>activities, projects or<br>services identified in the<br>accounts.<br>Para 1.17 and<br>1.19<br>Tooba Masjid provides a service to the<br>community in the following areas.<br>It provides religious education 4 days a week<br>to young children in reading the Quran and<br>good Islamic conduct, by a trained teacher in<br>the evenings.<br>The Masjid connects with the local community<br>by facilitating inter-faith education, to raise<br>awareness and understanding of Islamic beliefs<br>and practices; this is achieved by inviting<br>schools to visit, visiting schools and inviting<br>other interested groups into the Mosque e.g.<br>Local Churches and Police.<br>We provide a clean, safe environment that is<br>opened to allow Muslims to worship five times<br>a day, 7 days a week.<br>Every Friday an educational speech is given<br>promoting the Islamic value of good citizenship<br>and Islamic knowledge.<br>The Imam also provides support to people’s<br>problems and to conducts Marriage<br>Ceremonies.|||

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the<br>charity, identifying the<br>difference the charity’s<br>work has made to the<br>circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any<br>wider benefits to<br>society as a whole.|Para 1.20|**During September 2023 to August 2024**<br>● Established charity governance procedures by<br>empowering the right personnel to take<br>responsibility for various roles within the<br>charity.<br>● Upgraded to a new TV screen to display prayer<br>times and enhance the current PA system for<br>media within the premises.<br>● Established better working partnerships with<br>local authorities, law enforcement agencies, and<br>community organisations to address issues of<br>mutual concern, promote community cohesion,<br>and contribute to the overall well-being of the<br>neighbourhood.<br>● EID events success: Successfully organised two<br>Eid events at the Brick Community Stadium<br>attended by more than 1000 men, women and<br>children on each occasion.<br>● Building works updates: Completed architect<br>drawings and costings for major upgrades to<br>mens and womens toilet and ablution area and<br>hallway.<br>● The volunteer base was expanded to facilitate a<br>variety of roles in the charity, and the<br>organisational chart was refined to identify<br>personnel roles.<br>● We continued providing activities and events for<br>the local community, in line with our charity’s<br>objects<br>● Religious festivals and rituals were continued to<br>be hosted by the charity<br>● Children's classes update: Recruited additional<br>female teachers for growing girls children.<br>Restructured learning curriculum to suit local<br>needs and organised trips to Tatton park and<br>local  leisure centres.<br>**The Plans for September 2024 to August 2025 are**<br>● Technology: to migrate the website to Wix so that<br>multiple stakeholders can make updates and<br>collaborate<br>● Continue organising and conducting regular<br>religious services, including daily prayers, Friday<br>congregational prayers, and other worship<br>gatherings,in line with British Islamic traditions.|





● Maintain and better structure educational opportunities for community members by working with local authorities, especially dedicated women’s classes and services. ● Improve in the active engagement of the local community by organising events, ● seminars, and open days to foster understanding, promote interfaith dialogue, and build stronger relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. ● Planned building works: Execution of building plans for major work to commence in winter 25 with an aim to complete in Spring 25 ● Planned events: Eid events: Organise the two Eid events in partnership with Wigan Athletics FC at the Brick stadium. Interfaith event: Organise an Interfaith event with external charity to spread Islam awareness. School and Business trips to Visit Mosque: Continue to facilitate regular events welcoming schools and business to visit mosque as part of the curriculum and business HR needs.
