OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
Objective5 and aims
The prEncipal objective of th¢ urganisation is to provide eEnployment and training for people predominantly from the BMF.
community. The objects are to improve the employability of peoplc. primarily from the BME community.
Thi5 is a recognition that people from the BME romrnunity are not always represented in lemis of employment within the
public scctor. The organisation opeiates primarily with Nottingham City and Cuunty.

a) Work strategically with training providers and other parlners.
b) Maintain links with local. regional and national training networks and governmenc bodies.

The financial statements of the charitable cornpany, which is a public benefit entity under FRS 102, have been
prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP (FRS 102) 'A￿Ount1llg and Reporting by Charities: Statement of
Recommended Prdcti¢e applicable to charities preparing their a¢counts in accordance with the Financial Reporting
Standard applieable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective l January 20191,, Financial Reporting
