The Charity manages the Community Centre on behalf of its member organizations such as the Bridge Club, the Self Help group, the St John ambulance etc., leasing it from the Sefton leisure department and managing the programme of activities.
Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Formby And Its Immediate Environs By Associating With Statutory Authorities, Voluntary Organisations, Institutions, Businesses And Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Advance Education And/or To Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Other Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants And To Promote All Or Any Charitable Objects For The Benefit Of The Community In Particular By The Management And The Letting Of Raven Meols Community Centre Established By Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council.
