REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2026
The Trustees present their Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year
ended 28 February 2026.
The report has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Charl￿S
Act and applicable charity accounting and repo￿.ng requirements for tharities
preparing accounls on the receipts and payments basis.

STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Gk)bal Evangelistic Outreach (GEO) Charity is a k>cal church of Global Evangelistic
Outreach in Great Britain. preach Jesus as Saviour. Healer, Baptizer and
coming King. We believe and baptize in Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
The activities of the Charity are overseen by the TnBtees of the Church in
accordance wrth the provisions of the StruL#ure of Global Evangelistic Outreach
detemiined by the General Assembly of Global Evangelistic Outreach. together with
the rules and procedures of the local Church.

The Trustees are responsible for ensuring that the Charity operates in accordan
with its charitable purposes and that its activilies are carried OLrt for the public
benefit.
The Trustees meet as required to consider the affairs of the Charity, including ts
activities, finan￿$. governan￿ and ongoing needs.
OBJECTIVES AND ACTivmES
Global EvaNJelists'c Outreach seeks to advan￿ the Christian religion through the
activities of the Church and the facilities offered to the congregation and the WKler
communty.

The Trustees have regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefft
when planning and carrying out the activities of the Charrty.
PUBLIC BENEFIT
The Trustees consider that the activities undertaken by ts Church provide public
benefit by making facilities and reSoUr￿S available for Christian worship, pastoral
support, spiritual development and communty engagement.
The Church provides opportunilies for members of the congregation and others who
wish to participate in its activities to receNe spiritual and pastoral support.
The Church also encourages members to demonstrate Christian values through
service. care and practical support for indNiduals and the wider community.
The Trustees are satisfied that the activibes undertaken during the year were
consistent wilh the Charity's objectives and We￿ Carried out for the public benefft.
REVIEW OF ACTNITIES AND ACHIEVEhlENTS
During the year ended 28 February 2026, Global Evangelislic Outreach continued its
programrne of Christian worship. teaching. prayer, pastoral care and community
engagement.
The Church provided regular opportuni￿$ for members arKI visrtots to attend
worship ServI￿S and participate in Christian activrties. The Church also continued to
provide pastoral and spiritual support to Members of the congregation and others
seeking support.

The work of the Church was supported signfficantly by the voluntary contribution of
the Trustees. church leaders and members of the congregation.
The TrUSt￿S recognise the importance of the Church's continued presen￿ within
the local community and remain committed to maintaining its Christian mission and
charitable activities.
The Trustees continue to review the needs of the Church and the communty and will
seek opportunities to develop ￿ Charity's activities where resour￿ penniL
FINANCIAL REVIEW
For the financial year ended 28 Febn￿ry 2026. Global Evangelistic Outreach (GEO)
Charity re￿Ned total income of £31 W.70 and incurred total expenditure of
£170,243.63.
This resulted in a net deficit of £138,796.93 for ts year.
The Charity's bank balance at the beginning of the financial year was £141,285.19.
At 28 February 2026, the closirKJ bank balance was £2M88.26.
The principal reason for the s￿nIficant deficit was expendrture incurred on renovation
and improvement works to the Church premises. The totsl cost of the renovation
works during the year was £166,601, representing approximatety 970A of the
Charity'8 total expendlturn.
The renovation works were undertaken to mainlain. improve and preserve the
Church premises and to ensure that the building remains suitable for worship. churth
activities and communrty use, supporting the continued delNery of the Charty'$
objectives.
The Trustees considered the renovation works necessary and appropriate for the
continued use and upkeep of the Church premises. The expenditu￿ was funded
from funds accumulated by the Charity in pwious years.
Other expenditure during the year totalled £4642.63 and related to the ongoing
activities and running costs of the Charty.
The Trustees recognise that the significant investment in the Church premises
resulted in a substsntial reduction in Charity's available funds. The bank balance
reduced from £141.285.19 at the beginning of the financial year to £2,488.26 at the
year end.
The Trustees will continue to monitor the Charitys financial POSTtion closely and will
seek to ensure that future expenditure is managed carefulty and that sufficient
incorne is generated to support the ongoing activitss and commitments of the
Charity.
The Twstees remain committed to the long-temi financial sustainabilty of Global
Evangelistic Outreach and will continue to review incon￿. expenditu￿ and reserves
regularly.

RESERVES POLICY
The Charity's funds are primarity unrestricted and are available to support the
general purposes of the Charity, including the upkeep and maintenance of the
Church premises and the delivery of its chantable and [eI￿lOuS activrties.
During the year, Charity used a substsntial proportion of ts accumulated funds to
undertake renovation and impfovement works to the Church premises. The totsl cost
of these works was £165.601.
As a result of this s￿ntheant expenditure. the Charitys bank balance reduced from
£141.285.19 at the beginning of the year to £2,488.26 at the year end.
The Trustees recognise that the tevel of available fvnds at the year end is
significantly lower than at the beginning of the year. The Trustees will therefore
continue to monitor the Charity's financial position and cash flow carefully.
The Trustees will seek to rebuild the Charity's ￿erVeS through future income,
prudent financial management and carefvl control of expenditure, while continuing to
fulfil the Charity's objeclives.
There were no designated funds idenlifEd by the Trustees at the year end, unless
otherwise stated in the financial ststements.
The Trustees will keep the reserves position uncler regular review to ensure that the
Chanty can meet its future commitinents and continue to deliver its charitable
objectives.
RISK MANAGEMENT
The Trustees recognise their responsibilty for idenbfying and managing the principal
risks facing the Charity.
The Trustees review financial, operational. safeguarding, health and safety and other
risks as appropriate and seek to ensure that surtable policies and pr￿edureS are in
place.
Financial controls are maintained over the Charty's income and expenditure, with
the Trustees overseeing the financial affairs of the Church.
Where appropriate, the Trustees will review and update the Charity's poliC￿S to
ensure that risks are identrfied and managed effectively.
SAFEGUARDING
The Trust￿ recognise the Importan￿ of safeguarding child￿n, young people and
vulnerable adults who may participate in the activities of the Church.
The Charity is committed to maintaining appropriate safeguarding arrangements and
ensuriry that concerns are dealt with appropriately.
The Trustees will continue lo review safeguarding arrangements and ensure that
appropriate policies and procedures are maintsined.

TRUSTEES. RESPONSIBIUTIES
The Trustees are responsible for ensuring that the Charity operates in aco)rdan
with its charitable purposes and governing document.
The Trustees are also ￿pOnsIble for maintaining appropriate financial records and
ensuring that the financial ststements are prepared in accordan￿ wth the applicable
accounting requirements.
The Trustees have tsken reasonable sleps to ensure that the Charity's financial
records are properly mainlained and Ihat the financial position of the Charity can be
established with reasonable accuracy.
The Trustees are responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Charity and for
taking reasonable steps to prevent and detect fraud and other irregularities.
STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIES
The Trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees, Annual Report and the
financial ststements in accofdance with applicable law and regulations.
The Trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records which
disdose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the Charity
and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with applicable
legislalion and accounting reqU1￿Ments.
The Trustees are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Charty and for
taking ￿asonable stsps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other
irregularities.
