**Objects:** THE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE: A) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF A DEDICATED CREATIVE CENTRE FOR INTERDISCIPLINARY, DRAMATIC, PERFORMING, VISUAL AND DIGITAL ARTS; AND TO PROMOTE AND DEVELOP COMMUNITY ARTS INITIATIVES AND PROJECTS. B) TO WORK WITH AND FOR THE COMMUNITIES OF LLANBERIS AND THE SURROUNDING AREA; TO ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION AND INCLUSION; AND TO WORK WITH THE WIDER COMMUNITY TO CREATE PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY COLLABORATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS. C) TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES, AND DEVELOP CREATIVE SKILLS AND FORMS OF EXPRESSION ACHIEVED THROUGH THE MEDIUMS OF WELSH AND ENGLISH; TO ENCOURAGE THOSE CELEBRATING THE WELSH LANGUAGE, CULTURE AND HISTORY; AND TO EMBRACE AND REFLECT LINGUISTIC AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY. D) TO PROVIDE A VERSATILE AND WELL EQUIPPED WORKSHOP, TRAINING, REHEARSAL AND PERFORMANCE SPACE.

**Activities:** To advance education by the provision of a dedicated creative centre for interdisciplinary, dramatic, performing, visual and digital arts; and to promote and develop community arts initiatives and projects. To work with the communities of Llanberis and the surrounding area.To provide opportunities through the mediums of Welsh and English; To provide a versatile and well equipped performance space.
