(II) TO PROVIDE A CENTRE FOR USE FOR THE PURPOSES OF A YOUTH CENTRE CONDUCTED IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PRINCIPLES AND OBJECTS OF THE MERSEYSIDE YOUTH ASSOCIATION LIMITED.
