**Objects:** TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC, PARTICULARLY BRASS BAND MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS.
