**Objects:** TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PRESERVE HEALTH AMONG PERSONS AS DEFINED IN CLAUSE 3 HEREOF BY THE PROVISION, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF FACILITIES, MEDICAL AND OTHER EQUIPMENT, NURSING AND NURSING AID USED IN THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH PERSONS NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY OR IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE FROM THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES.

**Activities:** Purchase of equipment and resources to support the medical care of the population in Bromyard area. The equipment will be used by the Primary Health care team  , Community team and Community Hospital.
