## Trustees Annual Report
Bridgnorth Lions Club Trust Fund was registered as a charity by a Deed of Trust dated 11th February 1986 by the then President, Treasurer and Secretary being Robert W Lovell, John P Radford and Charles R Godfrey respectively (the original Trustees). The Charity Number being 517786.
Our principal address is % The Secretary, Manor Lodge Cottage, Astley Abbotts, Bridgnorth, Shropshire, WV16 4SW (telephone number 0845 833 8552).
Our prime function is to raise funds in order to provide financial assistance and community help both locally and worldwide for the benefit of those in need.
Our projects over the years do not alter greatly as can be seen by comparing our annual accounts. Our fundraising events are detailed in the accounts which we feel are self-explanatory.

## Independent Examiner’s Report
## Basis of Opinion
| have carried out an independent examination, and section 145 of the Charities Act has been correctly applied by the Treasurer (a trustee of the Club). | am satisfied proper book-keeping records have been maintained throughout the year and have no reason to believe any areas of concern exist.
## Opinion
In my opinion, the Receipts and Payments, together with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities, give a true and fair view of the Charity’s financial affairs for the year ended 30/06/2025. These accounts have been prepared in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act 2011.
