**Objects:** (A) TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF DUDLEY AND IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE FURTHERANCE OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS. (B) TO PROMOTE AND ORGANISE CO-OPERATION IN THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE ABOVE PURPOSES AND TO THAT END TO BRING TOGETHER IN COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS ENGAGED IN THE FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE PURPOSES WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.

**Activities:** Promoting any charitable purpose for the benefit of the community within the Metropolitan area of Dudley. To develop a high quality, proactive voluntary sector for the benefit of the residents of the Dudley Borough by positively engaging partners in support of voluntary activity. To bring together representatives of the statutory and voluntary organisations engaged therein.
