**Objects:** SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF THE EXPENSES THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN ONE OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: 1) IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING FOR SUCKLEY PRIMARY SCHOOL OR ANY OTHER SCHOOL IN OR SUBSTANTIALLY SERVING THE AREA OF BENEFIT SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LEA AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE SCHOOL GOVERNORS AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE LEA. 2) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, WITH A PREFERNECE FOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF ALFRICK.

**Activities:** Providing support for Suckley Primary School and others serving the area of benefit, i.e. educating children from Alfrick, Lulsley and Suckley and providing financial support for individuals up to the age of 25 living in Alfrick, Lulsley and Suckley.
