**Objects:** TO RELIEVE PERSONS IN NEED OF MEDICAL ATTENTION WITHIN BENEFICIAL AREA SERVED BY THE BILLINGBOROUGH MEDICAL PRACTICE BY PROVIDING MEDICAL EQUIPMENT ON LOAN OR OTHER FACILITIES NOT NORMALLY AVAILABLE FROM THE DISTRICT HEALTH AUTHORITY AS WELL AS MAINTAINING AND REPAIRING OR REPLACING SUCH EQUIPMENT AS NECESSARY.

**Activities:** To relieve persons in need of medical attention within the beneficial area served by the Billingborough Medical Practice by providing medical equipment on loan or other facilities not normally available from the District Health Authority as well as maintaining and repairing or replacing such equipment as necessary.
