Objects: The objects for which the Company is established are to establish and operate one or more Eventide Homes to provide residential and/or nursing care in a Christian environment for persons who by reason of their frailty, sickness or disability are unable to care for themselves such care to be provided on terms appropriate to their means in accordance with such rules and regulations as the Company shall from time to time in its absolute discretion think fit the intention being that the management of the home or homes and the numbers and qualifications of such persons for admission and the duration and conditions of their residence there and all other matters in connection with the carrying on of the nursing home shall be within the exclusive control of the Company
