**Objects:** TO PROVIDE A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF WELBURY IN THE COUNTY OF NORTH YORKSHIRE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** The Village Hall Committee maintain and operate Welbury Village Hall for use by its residents and individuals who use the hall. The hall is used by the WI, Parish Council , Parochial Church Council  for meetings and events plus regular social and fitness classes and it is available to rent for parties etc. by residents and other groups.
