THE DISSEMINATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND THE CARE OR TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WHETHER IN PUBLIC OR PRIVATE HOSPITALS OR NURSING HOMES (INCLUDING HOSPICES) OR IN THEIR OWN HOMES.
