Groups have<br>continued when restrictions allowed,<br>ensuring that Covid secure measures are<br>taken whilst still providing a community<br>service.<br>However, we have used the period to make a<br>number of improvements to the fabric of the<br>building (which has continued into the year<br>2021-22) including treatment of damp (dry<br>lining, replastering), roof work, modernising<br>the lighting and refitting storage areas so<br>that increased use of the facilities post covid<br>are not disrupted by improvement works|

## **Financial Review**

Assets increased from<br>£27,444.70 at the start of the reporting year<br>due mainly to local and central government<br>grants to community organizations during<br>the covid pandemic.
