**Objects:** FOR THE RELIEF OF THOSE SUFFERING FROM DISEASES INJURIES OR INFIRMITIES OF THE EYES AND IN PARTICULAR (1) FOR THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF DISEASES OF THE EYE (2) FOR RESEARCH INTO DISEASES OF THE EYE PROVIDED THAT ALL USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH SHALL BE PUBLISHED (3) THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT (NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE) FOR AND TO BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE OPHTHLAMIC DEPARTMENT OF BRADFORD ROYAL INFIRMARY (4) THE PROVISION OF AIDS TO VISION FOR THE BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PERSONS NOT BEING TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING HEREOF (5) THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF OPHTHALMOLOGISTS AND STUDENTS INTENDING TO SPECIALISE IN OPHTHALMOLOGY.
