Many residents**<br>**are over 60, we provide a safe**<br>**environment for members to meet and**<br>**socialise. Many of our members live**<br>**alone, and the benefits they receive**<br>**make a significant difference to their**<br>**lives, helping to alleviate loneliness and**<br>**isolation.**<br>**We provide lifts to those who are unable**<br>**to travel independently to our events.**<br>**Outings enable members to visit places**<br>**of interest that would be challenging for**<br>**them were they to rely on public**<br>**transport. We continue to offer Walks**<br>**and Exercise classes which improve**<br>**opportunity for physical activity**<br>**amongst our members.**<br>**Our monthly magazine is delivered to**<br>**every member’s home and is an**<br>**important link to the community for**<br>**those in the Association, especially**<br>**those who have limited mobility.**|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (llhe Trust") for the year ended 3111212024
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in. any material respect..
