Grant Gilmour. Secretary. 2) Apologies: None. 3) Previous Minutes: Accepted. 4) Fund & Investment update: M&G. £50,578.97. CCLA. £ 5,968.83. CB Soc. £12,357.07. TOTAL: £68,904.87. 5) Applications: Only one was received and an award of £300.00 agreed. 6) Charity Commission form. To be completed and returned. 7) Correspondence: There had been one or two queries regarding applications. Whilst late for this meeting, they would be encouraged to apply to the March 2025 meeting of Trustees. A kind 'thank you ' letter was received from a recent recipient of an award. 8) Communication: The Trustees expressed concern at the lack of applications. This could be due in part to the hiatus recently experienced with the banks. Nevertheless it was felt a reminder in the Parish Magazine ( February 2025) would be appropriate for applications being considered at the March 2025 meeting. It was also suggested that a regular monthly inclusion in the magazine might encourage and remind potential applicants . 9) AOB: The Secretary and Treasurer gave notice that they would be stepping down from the Trust in a year's time after being in post some 12/13 years.
