The objects of the charity are to promote the care, welfare, interest, treatment, education and advancement in the City of Liverpool and surrounding districts of those with Cerebal Palsy and similar neurological disease/injury. The aims and objectives of the charity are to provide residents a secure, relaxed and homely environment in which care and well being are of prime importance.

Objects: To Promote The Care, Welfare, Interest, Treatment, Education And Advancement In The City Of Liverpool (in In The Event Of Any Local Government Re-Organisation In An Equivalent Area) And Surrounding Districts Of Individuals With Complex Physical Disabilities And Health Issues Including Cerebral Palsy, (which Expression In These Presents Shall Mean And Including Persons Suffering From Any Form Of Cerebral Palsy), Acquired Brain Injury, Learning And Mental Health Issues.
