**Objects:** A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF ROCK AND RENNINGTON IN THE COUNTY OF NORTHUMBERLAND WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLICITCAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Fundraising events and activities to support the continuing existence of our Village Hall for the enjoyment and use by residents of the parish of Rock and Rennington. Promotion of hall room hire for activities which benefit the local community and/or provide income to cover essential service and maintenance costs according to the terms of the lease.
