Independant Examiners Report to the Trustees

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Rotary Club of Poulton-Le-Fylde for the year ended 30th June 2022

This report is made solely to the charity's trustees, as a body, in accordance with Regulation 31 of the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008. My work has been undertaken so that I might state to the charity's trustees those matters I am required to state to them in an independant examiner's report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent of the law, I do not accept or assume responsibilty to anyone other than the charity's trustees as a body, for my work, for this report or for the statement I have made.

Responsibilties and basis for the report

As the charity trustees of the Rotary Club of Poulton-le-Fylde, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (''the ACT'')

I re p ort in res p ect of m y examination of the Rotar y Club of Poulton-Le-F y lde's accounts carried out under section 145 of the Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5) (b) of the Act.

Trustees’ Report
What the Charity Does
The aims of Charity are : general charitable purposes, education & training, advancement
of health and saving of lives, assisting those with disabilites, prevention & releif of poverty,
overseas aid & famine releif, environment conversation and heritage, economic community
develpment & employment, as the Club shall in duly constituted meetings from time to time direct.
Account Review of the Year
The Accounts for the current year show a surplus of £6,638.44
compared to the previous year which was a deficit of £40.16
