**Objects:** TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART OF DANCE IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC PERFORMANCES, AND TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE ART OF DANCE BY MEANS OF GIVING INSTRUCTION AND PROMOTING THE PRACTICE AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SAID ART.

The Company members prepare scenery, lighting, costumes, administration for productions. Bi-annual European tours, ballets and musicals. Support to charities.
