The association lease's the building from Dudley MBC and rents out rooms to various groups for a number of activities. Used by people living in the local district.

Objects: The Objects Of The Association Shall Be:- (A) To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Hayley Green, Part Of Hasbury And Lutley (As Shown On The Map Attached) And The Neighbourhood (Here-Inafter Called 'The Area Of Benefit') Without Distinction Of Sex Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating The Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations And Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Advance Education, To Further Heatlh, To Relieve Need, Hardship And Distress And Sickness, And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants. (B) To Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Community Centre.
